only 16mins on the phone this time.

Yes Stargazer a pattern is emerging. After telling me offer generated 26th and posted 27th it appears that that was not the case.

In fact and offer generated 28th (sat) so the lady said it should of been posted yesterday or today 2nd class. I tried to press her to confirm for sure but she claimed she couldnt do this.

Difficult to know what to do really, especially bearing in mind louloujs advice a few posts up.

Guess will just have to try and be patient and stop thinking about it every 5 minutes.

Annoying its 2nd class post though

I have to say that i have already filed at my local court using N1!! So their full and final offer may be a fat zero if they have already been served!!!

The nice young man(LOL) i spoke to told me he was pretty sure it had been sent first class!! Ha Ha ....

Tomorrow or the next day for us then!!!!

Easy guys, there may be envelopes waiting for you when you get home... I wouldn't have got mine yet if my girlfriend hadn't been at home, i'd be like you guys (although i was expecting mine at the end of the week)

Just give them a bell everyswo often, thats what i did - called about twice a week, always asked the name of who i was speaking to, made a note of it for reference so that i could say to the next person 'Well i spoke to Ian last week and he said i'd hear something soon'. I have a lot of faith in their 8 week system now that its worked for me and i'm sure you'll all be happy bunnys like me soon. (Although it will take a while to get the money :-( )

Well it may not be as much as some of you, but I've had my £100 worth of overdraft charges credited back to my HBSC account today.

Thanks for to the folks who gave me advice about what to do. :T
