damn, mine was sent friday too, I expect that when they say "sent" they mean "dumped into internal mail box" which would take an additional working day to arrive in a normal post box, so wednesday sounds more likely if I go with that theory...

damn, wish they would just tell me over the phone, the suspense is killing me!

The total amount inc interest or just the interest?

Take your total amount plus your interest that you probably quoted on your first two letters and and then multiply that by 0.00026. that gives you your daily rate, work out how many days (including weekends) that you've been waiting and multiply them. On your particulars of claim you will need to keep the net amount (the charges) and the interest amounts separate. Remember that daily figure because you'll be quoting it on the particulars of claim.

If you get stuck when you come to claim, we'll sort your Particulars of Claim out, so don't worry. the .0026 will probably only come to about £15 or so, but they've made me so angry with their delays etc that i've claimed it!
