yeah , i might have to chase , if it went out fri then out of 3 of us waiting , one of us should of recieved it.....sounds fishy.

Im gonna whack MCOL in if they muck me about , not going into next week waiting for them still

They treat us with contempt until the end !

Be careful! I whacked my MCOL in weeks ago and have a court date of 13th July. HSBC are the worst culprits for delaying til the bitter end once you get to court stage... Might be better to wait til the 8 weeks are up. At least you know you'll get what you asked for - or near enough...

Can anyone tell me if First Direct charge - I have read that HSBC do not. I have not had a reply when I sent the first letter asking for them to tell me if there was a charge - so not sure.

    Hello everyone

I am new to the boards this is my very first message so please excuse me if I do anything wrong! I have written to Abbey with my list of charges totally £1424.00 over a six year period. They have replied to me within 10 days saying that my case is being looked into and may take 4 weeks to reply, "sorry your unhappy about the charges, they're not unlawful etc". Are they trying to stall me or is this a normal response.

I am very nervous about threatening court because knowing my luck over the past 5 years, (divorce, a year off work with depression, losing my family home and the list goes on) it will end up going to court and I am afraid I will lose. Please can someone advise me what I should do next. Thank you in advance.
