Exactly the same for me too, letter from Colin.....even down to the dates of our letters too! As my first claim with Nat West went along so easily in just 3 weeks from start to finish, I was kinda hoping this was going to be settled quickly too......getting anxious now!0 -

Hi Gimfunk
After you have logged into your online banking, select the bank account that you want to look at (If you have more than 1 account with them) and on the left hand side of the screen in the grey banner it shows
My accounts
My transactions
My statements
My charges
summary
Make a payment
Account details
Standing Orders
and Direct Debits
Stop a cheque
Send me
my PIN
Select my statements and it shows you your statements from last month to January 2006, select the month you want to see by highlighting it and clicking continue. If you want to go back further than these dates select "Next Set" and it should show 2005's statements, select "Next Set" again and it will show 2004 etc etc0 -
