Any registered office in England for RBS should be fine.
Do you have one from your statements? If not, I'll dig out one that I used.0 -

1. The Claimant has an account ******** with
the Defendant, opened 1996 2. Since 12/01/04
the Defendant debited charges and interest
in respect of purported breaches of

details as a list of charges has already
been supplied. Another copy will be sent. 4.
Claimant contends: (a) The charges exceed

I sent off my first letter to HSBC bank 21/11/06 and haven't heard anything yet. Is it time to send the second letter or do I wait a bit longer0

Hi there, i am new to these 'threads', i want (need) to know from anyone at all what to do? I worked out what my bank charges totalled, sent my letter off to hsbc, heard nothing from them for 2 weeks so i sent another one (both recorded delivery) and it has now been 5 weeks and i still haven't heard from them! When i ring them, they just say that there is a backlog! Is it ok to proceed to the next step of taking them to court? Please please can someone advise me? All the best-Craig0

In your second letter you gave them another 14 days. You have waited 5 weeks! Start the court claim as soon as possible and let them know you're serious.0
