Erm Im Not 100% Sure But I Dont See A Problem, Just Put Account No. Uknown & Put Your DOB On The Letter, Also If You Have Changed Address In The Past 2 Years But Your Previous Address .. They Should be Able To Trace You!!x

Thanks Natalieee, I just rang that number and the lady I spoke to said that there's a note on my account that they'll be doing something with it on friday. SHould follow through with the MCOL straight away I know but if I pay the fee of £120 then I'll have no casha t all till next payday. I'll leave it till friday pm and ring them to see what's happening and if no good then will file through MCOL. Hopefully they'll see sense and give me adecent offer on friday,
thanks for your help xx;)So far:-

Im starting to get a bit anxious...sent off my second letter to hsbc last tuesday and still have heard nothing! Not even a letter telling me to go away! Ive checked royal mail to see if my second letter sent by recorded delivery was signed for, but all it tells me is that it left their dispatch centre or something on the 21st. Tomorrow is the day for filing with mcol...I have a strong feeling that they will just ignore me and I'll end up winning by default. I should be over the moon at such a prospect...winning with no struggle, but somehow it doesnt seem right!!! I had psyched myself up for such a big battle!0

I Doubt You Would Win By Default, HSBC Dont Seem To Be Doing That (Although It Is Possible) They Will Prob Acknowledge & Enter A Defence Then Pay up @ the Very Last Min..
Why Dont You Ring Them If You Feel Uneasy.. The No. Is In My Post Above, Just Check If They Have Received Your Letters & See What They Are Playing Atx

Just received a letter offering full refund on my 2 accounts after 1 phonecall and 1 letter. £460 in total. I buttered them up a bit by saying how friendly and helpful the staff were. Just in time for me moving house too!!!0
