I ordered a delivery from milk and more using the £10 off offer a few weeks ago, and it came to £9.81 in total, used the £10 off which processed fine on the page, and order arrived fine too. However, i've just checked my invoice online, and theres no mention of my using the £10 off code, just an outstanding £9.81! Any idea what I can do - I would not have used the service normally as the products are more expensive on their website than a supermarket, but due to the £10 off offer, I decided to.

  • Received mine today at about 9am, dog went mental at someone going into the porch (had a high vis jacket so Dexy probably thought it was his daddy home early from work!). All groceries nicely bagged and put in a sensible place in the front porch.

Vaguely reminiscent of waking up as a kid to find out that Santa has been, particularly when I had jaffa cakes for brekkie!!!
  • I was supposed to have a delivery last Wednesday, then Friday, then Monday, then this Wednesday, then Today. Still did not arrive, callled customers services the depot called and asked what I wanted. It arrived about 1:30pm. Not sure I'll be ordering again. Rubbish service!

I would give this a try but if they wont knock it would just get stolen as no front garden, shame as I really like the idea of waking up to free food

Also I do not like the way it DOESNT total up what your buying. Very unprofessional.

totally agree. found a total but after searching for a while

I have a similar issue, I called them and they told me to wait for 20th February (which is Sunday), and they don't take payment anyway until 23rd. So I suggest you to call them on Monday (I'll do that too) and make sure your discount is applied.

I called them this afternoon to find out what happened to my order that didnt turn up yesterday, I got told the local depot will call me back, they did about 2 hours later asking me what time I placed my order on wednesday (it was about 6ish, way before the 9pm cut off)

They said they didnt recieve the order I placed hence it didnt get delivered and told me to make another order for delivery tomorrow and it should be ok, I put the order together as soon as I got off the phone but obviously it wouldnt let me put the code in again...

I've checked my account and I have the £10 credit on my account though so I should be ok.

I'll agree with the other comments above, it seems like a very poorly run service, a total on the order should be such a basic thing to include on the checkout, the other thing I found odd is they say its an online service but dont provide an email address to contact them on, just a (0845) phone number or a postal address.

And then when you phone them you go through to a central office which doesnt know whats happening at the local depot anyway! (so a bit pointless then)

I'll be happy if the stuff I've ordered tomorrow does turn up but very much doubt I'll use them again if I have to pay over the odds for items with such rubbish service.
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)
  • They eventually delivered at about 8pm, over 12hrs late!

How rediculous, tried to log into my account on the milk and more site to make sure they haven't charged me for the shopping and it's saying my email address isn't registered! Hmm and yet I have two emails from milk and more confirming my payment method on that email address.....

  • My order was on my doorstep at 8am neatly packed in a carrier bag. It was minus the bread i ordered as it was out of stock. A printed invioce in bag without a total, the discount shows up on line on my order so am hoping I will have nothing to pay. would probably use again if couldnt get to shops but they are more expensive.
Will now wait until I get my invoice to see if they apply discount.
