milk&more £10 off offer discussion

  • I'm not sure where all this good experience comes from.
I registered with them, entered the WEBFEB code, set up a DD, ordered stuff worth 9.52. It all came on the day and precisely, so that's ok.
How big was my surprise when I WAS BILLED those 9.52 by DD a few days ago.
I called them up, they apologized and said those 10 pounds will be added onto my Milk&More account, as their Terms say no cash refunds are available.
So they make a mistake (why do I have this tinkling feeling it was not a mistake actually) and now I'm unable to get back the money they deducted by DD. As soon as I get those 10 pounds, I'm going to order again and cancel the whole thing, this was a really unnecessary experience TBH.
  • I had a delivery in Febuary, I dont think I would use them again. I had an item missing and an item substituted, no credit for the item missing and no option to refuse delivery of the substituted item. I'm grateful for the free shopping I did get but not impressed with the service.

  • I ordered and received my delivery from milk and more - my £10 off was showing on my invoices - I spent £10.48 to try it out so I was expecting to be charged 48p but they took the lot. I've just called to tell them and they're saying I need to order ANOTHER £10 worth to get my money off and they can't give me my money back as it's not a 'cash offer'

I don't want to order another £10 worth to get my money back I feel like they've played me for a fool - and who's to say if I did spend the money they won't just take it all again, and then say again they can't refund. After all the £10 off has been showing on my invoice the whole time.

Is this happening to anyone else? :(
  • Hi there,
I have had the exact same thing happen. I also spent £10.48 with milk and more and they did the same thing- took all the money then said i have to spend another £10 to get the discount. Complete rip off and scam. The girl on the phone didnt seem at all surprised, and i bet this is standard practise. Im livid too!
