Received my first order yesterday. No crumpets, it just said 'unavailable' on the invoice. The state of the baking potatoes in the bag was so bad I've had to throw them away! I want to cancel my direct debit with them but of course there's no way of contacting them by e-mail (ridiculous) and I've got no intention of ringing an 0845 number or writing a letter to do this, when they must be the last company in the UK not to have the facility to contact them by e-mail. I left the crate outside the front door yesterday but it still hasn't been collected. Does anyone know when the milkman should collect it please?Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

It says on the site that it's charged as a local call if you ring from a BT line.
I'm not with BT but even if I was, I wouldn't call just to be held in a queue, as I've read often happens with this company. I want the option with companies, of being able to e-mail them, it's very strange practice for a company not to have an e-mail address nowadays.
I've cancelled the DD with my bank and that will have to be it.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
And the crate is still there, I just hope it doesn't get nicked before the milkman can be bothered to collect it.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

Well I've got the credit on my account for the missing orange juice, so that was pretty painless. Let's see if I get the jugit as promised when I next order...£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

I would have thought that they were bound to be more expensive than the supermarkets as the supermarkets are usually forcing farmers to supply them for very little (if any) profit. I don't mind paying more for my milk as long as I know that's it's not just another ruthless corporation exploiting the dairy farmers. I'm trying to find out more about Dairy Crest and their commitment to the dairy industry so have decided to write to them seeing as there is nothing on their website about their commitment to the farmers and there is no email address for them. If anyone has any further info on this I would be grateful.0

Hi folks,
If you’re having issues with this milk&more offer, please PM me with details of the issue as well as the email address you used to sign up to the offer. I’ll then pass it on to milk&more so it can look into it for you.
Many thanks,

I had a call back the other day about a comment i left on their website regarding the stale bread i had been receiving and was told i had a credit on my account for the loaf but after checking i have not received any credit also the jugit i ordered is pants the clip that holds the milk bag is so poor it's nearly broken after one single use. (glad i never paid for it now.
)
Hope my jugit lasts long enough to use up the two bags i have in the fridge. Other than that i have had no problems lol!!!0 -
Having established that they deliver to our area and set up an account with regular payments by direct debit using the promotional code at the checkout, our delivery arrived promptly on the door step the next morning. An email arrived advising that I would be invoiced around the next 20th day of the followig month. Excellent service.
However, when the invoice email arrived we were charged the full amount with no discount . I contacted customer services and they explained that the only resolve was to credit our account with them by 10 pounds. This now means that I am committed to shop with them again in the future if I want to benefit from the intial offer of receiving a '0' pounds invoice or 10 pounds off our next invoice total.
They were unwilling to refund us to our private bank account, or post a cheque to us enabling us to benefit from their initial promise. We wont be using them again simply because we're not prepared to end up with an account with them in credit for money that we then don't have access to use else where.
If you want to use them, think wisely about whether you would be willing to be in credit with and then not have access to that money in future, unless you spend it with them directly.
Regards, and happy shopping, Helen x0 -
Registered and ordered just before 8pm last night. Order was delivered before I got up this morning. Now to wait to see if my £9.91 order was in fact free!0
