I used them a couple of years ago when they advertised in our area. It was such a headache, I should never have bothered. I had orders that didn't turn up then one morning I had 16 pints of milk left on my doorstep!! They charged me for it and it took weeks of phoning to get it cleared off. The customer service side is a shambles.0

Will they put me on a direct debit? I have just put an order in for tomorrow but chose the 'only once' option for everything I ordered and when registering I chose credit/debit card will they charge my card every month?
How early in the morning does it usually turn upThanx

I was looking at this yesterday and thinking "ooh, no minumum spend - technically I can get £10 worth of free food without paying anything!". Then OH said this was immoral and unfair as it is taking from the kind of company that is already bound to be struggling in the recession. So, needless to say, I now feel too guilty to take up this offer
:(:(

Don't feel too guilty - they're part of Dairy Crest who had revenues of 'only' about £1.6 billion last year!0 -

It's a milkman service, they deliver your goods and they take the empty's away when they deliver your next order!
That's how a milkman does his rounds, if he had dumped your goods on the ground like others have mentioned you would be moaning!
They don't deliver thinking this person has only ordered from us to get some free food, and as such will not be purchasing anymore!
order something cheap and leave the crate out for him. or recycle it!0 -
I have ordered using the free £10 worth of food with the intention that I will use it again, although probably not for the 3 days a week that the milkman delivers on my street. Sometimes you don't want to do a big online grocery order with a supermarket so this would fit in fine.
I do think not communicating with customers through email and not refunding direct to bank account is not such a good though so I hope they do eventually sort this out and give the customer the choice of how they are refunded if there is a problem.
I would like to know where they get the fruit and veg boxes from and if they are from local farms, I can't find anything referring to it on the site.
The products are more expensive, I don't mind paying a bit more for the convenience and free delivery
With regards to the milkman picking up the crate if you don't want any more deliveries, maybe the milkman still might pick it up if its left outside where he can see it next time hes on his round or like welshpaul says just order something small that doesnt require a crate and he will take it back thenThanx

I made my order which came promptly, I spent just under £10. I have looked at my bank statement and found that I have been billed for this amount, I made my order correctly using the WEBFEB code, now I am not sure who to contact about this as I heard of the deal in this newsletter?0

Just received my invoice and milk and more have charged me full price. A call to them and apparently I have to order again to get the discount. Really, really unhappy with their service. It went wrong for them last time and has gone wrong for them again.0

All good here. Order arrived before i'd got up at 7 am, double bagged as it was raining, everything as ordered. Invoice showing a balance of £0.00. Have ordered some juice for mon delivery, along with the biscuits and krispies - thank you very much for the codes, every little helps and boy am I skint this month!! Will be ordering again, last time I went to Mr M's for bread and milk - i spend £15, on nothing - so will probably save me money.0
