  • like most offers, its not available in NI:(
  • Ha! I started a thread on this earlier in the week and explained how I signed up last Monday for a delivery on Wednesday. It did not arrive and called customer services. They apologised and said it was a technical issue so I should get my delivery on Friday. This did not arrive so I called again, complained and asked to speak to a manager. They said the order needed to be re-ordered and should arrive Monday.
Guess what? It didn't arrive so I called again. I have been told it will be here tomorrow. We'll see...

My guess is they can't cope with the amount of people signing up since they are advertising this on tv and radio.

  • I signed up the first time around for this. I very doubtful due to the reviews/comments. But thought it was worth a shot. I can now report I have recieved no problems at all. The invoicing is correct and every delivery has been recieved on the correct day containing everything I ordered. I now use them regulary.

I'm wondering if the delivery problems are down to each specific milkman.
  • I have been to nthe website and cant see about the voucher - am i being thick ??
  • Looks like it is not available in Leeds either
  • Nor Edinburgh and the Lothians it seems (tried 3 post code areas)
  • Not in NW either :(

I signed up on the 4th of this month and i have received everything i have ordered, the milkman delivers around the 2.30am mark.

No sign of me free £10 on my invoice yet even though i added the coupon code to my order but i gather it will be applied on the 20th.

One thing i do not like is the fact you cannot contact them via email though.
  • Their prices aren't very competative, even with a discount you're probably paying more than the supermarket.
  • They are expensive on a lot of their goods, i don't mind paying a little extra for me milk if it's fresh and delivered to my door before i wake up.

I tried their bread but was unimpressed with it so will get that from the supermarket.
