  • We have had our delivery on time, on the right day, and the kids are very excited about having nana milkshake after breakfast. excellent for free stuff.

But does anyone have a clue how to cancel the account online as I can't seem to do it, a step bystep idiot guide would be good if any one know thanks.

I ordered on Weds for delivery today. All items present and correct in the place I stated by 7am, so we had a free breakfast.:j
The invoice shows the items ordered, the total and then the £10 off voucher which brings the total to pay to -£0.12. I don't like leaving DDs set up so will call up and cancel that.

The service is great, I'd love to be able to use it for juice/bread/milk/eggs instead of the supermarket, but at a time we're all tighteninng our belts, it just seems a little indulgent! Will check the Milk&More site as I write my weekly food shop list though, in case there are bits and pieces on offer.

I got everything I ordered, it was left very neatly in the porch by the front door and he must have been as quiet as a mouse because I didn't hear him at all which is a pity as I would have liked a little chat about next order! I didn't get an invoice though? So I don't know if the £10 discount went through.
Do I HAVE to place an order next week or just whenever i feel like it?

Received ours this morning, all present and correct (not very well packed though, luckily the eggs weren't broken). Must have come quite early as it was already here waiting for us when we arrived at 8am.

nonnatus - I think you just place an order whenever you feel like it, so if you haven't ordered anything, there's nothing to pay... well I hope so anyway.

  • I placed an order on Wednesday for delivery today. Was a little worried as I live in a block of apartments. Just went downstairs and it was waiting outside the front door for me, all neatly packed in a crate!

Really happy with my free shopping :)

Forgot to mention that they don't leave it in a bag or a box, they just put the products on the floor next to your door, not really nice I must say.
  • I ordered mine on Weds too and it arrived this morning, however it wasn't in a little crate or even a bag, it was literally just left loose on my doorstep (cue me having a mad dash in with it as I was about to leave the house & in danger of missing the train) I haven't set up regular deliveries, each of the items was done as a 'one off' so I'm not sure what will happen if I don't cancel it, would love to have it delivered every week but like everyone else its a little luxurey I can't really afford :(

I find it quite strange that some of you have had the shopping dumped loose without even a bag, that's not very good is it! :(

  • To be fair I live in a block of flats & he bought it up to the 1st floor, so it wasn't just outside on the doorstep, BUT it was still just on the floor & all my neighbours were probably a little curious about why there were jaffa cakes & clementines all over the place!!
