I got the 'you are not eligible' message as well, but it was because I had ordered the milk bag with the free jug and you can only use one promotion at a time. When I deleted those items from the order form, the £10 off code worked perfectly. Delivery comes on Tuesday and will be around this time of the day, I think, as I have just seen the milk van going past.

I'm not worried about the DD setup as it only kicks in if you order stuff. I think it might be a very useful facility if I need something one-off. I agree they are more expensive than the supermarket, but as the OP says, there is no delivery charge and no minimum, so for the odd thing, I am not too worried.

Wish they stocked UHT skimmed milk and Alpro yoghurts though!
  • Sorry to be so totally thick - managed to register, and now I can use the code! :j

Made an order for tomorrow for my parents:

    - Orange Juice 1 pt/568 ml
    - British Smoked Bacon 200g
    - St Pierre 4 Croissants au Beurre
    - Free Range Large Eggs 1/2 dozen
    - Kingsmill Hot Cross Buns, four pack
    - Countrylife Skimmed Milk 1 pint poly
    - Countrylife Butter 250g

Total was covered by the £10 voucher so amount to pay is shown as minus 24p. I didn't set up direct debit, I just gave my card details, but like others have said it doesn't seem to have an option to remove them? All of my items I selected as one time delivery only though, so I'll just have to make sure nothing's accidentally been auto added for next week and it'll be fine.

This sounds like a great deal so I will be trying it later when I get home from work. Never ordered from a milkman before though, want to get it delivered to work - where do they leave it, just dump it outside? I'd be worried about someone pinching it.

  • My postcode isn't covered :( West Yorkshire.

  • I think that the folks who have been told their post codes are not covered are not on an existing Dairy Crest milk delivery round. It's not like the supermarkets who willl deliver anywhere, they only 'do' you if you are on one of their delivery routes.
  • I have registered and registered my card details with milk and more. Please can you tell me where I entered the code?
  • I am on a Dairy Crest delivery route, and I get my milk from them already, and have a Direct Debit set up with Dairy Crest that pays the milk bill monthly.

I'm not sure how it would work if I try to register for the M&M offer. I guess I need to order my milk from the web site for regular delivery, (as well as my £10 of goodies ;-) set up a new DD, and cancel my existing milk delivery from Dairy Crest and the direct debit to Dairy Crest. Anyone else in the same situation...?

(oh and by the way check out their chocolate biscuit rejects box 1 kg for £3.59!! great if you don't mind them looking a bit scruffy !)

What's the earliest that they deliver and do they knock on the door or just leave it outside? If it's 6 o'clock in the morning I won't be answering the door!
