What's the earliest that they deliver and do they knock on the door or just leave it outside? If it's 6 o'clock in the morning I won't be answering the door!

I'm pretty sure they don't knock on the door, they just leave it where you ask them to put it. And they say before 11am.

Made an order for tomorrow for my parents:

    - Orange Juice 1 pt/568 ml
    - British Smoked Bacon 200g
    - St Pierre 4 Croissants au Beurre
    - Free Range Large Eggs 1/2 dozen
    - Kingsmill Hot Cross Buns, four pack
    - Countrylife Skimmed Milk 1 pint poly
    - Countrylife Butter 250g

Total was covered by the £10 voucher so amount to pay is shown as minus 24p. I didn't set up direct debit, I just gave my card details, but like others have said it doesn't seem to have an option to remove them? All of my items I selected as one time delivery only though, so I'll just have to make sure nothing's accidentally been auto added for next week and it'll be fine.

Milk and More did an offer like this a while ago, to get the £10 free it was a condition that you set up a DD, sorry I've not read the conditions and need to dash out but last time people who hadn't set up a regular DD got a bill to pay and didn't get the free shopping. Well worth checking the T's and c's

    Ordered yesterday:

1 x St Pierre 4 Croissants au Beurre
    1 x COUNTRYLIFE Whole Milk 1 Pint
    1 x Large Eggs 1/2 dozen
    1 x Orange Juice 1 pt/568 ml
    1 x Jaffa Cakes 24 Pack
    1 x British Smoked Bacon 200g
1 x Kingsmill Tasty Wholemeal Bread, Medium Cut

    10.01, so I will pay 0.01 :-)

Order arrived today after 9:30am, everything that was ordered was there. Only problem is they brought unsmoked bacon, instead of smoked bacon which I ordered. Now i'm waiting for their invoice to verify that the discount was applied.

They may say that but dont expect it.

I ordered yesterday afternoon and mine wasnt delivered this morning before 11am and I know someone else that ordered the same time as me that lives in another town (definately not on same route) and their order wasnt delivered before 11 either.

I know its free so nothing lost but its a bit of a waste of food if its sat on my doorstep til I get home tonight.

  • Fed up with hearing this on Heart FM, have contacted Milk & More twice and they don't deliver in SS7, Essex!

Well I got home this evening to find nothing waiting for me, which means it either did get delivered (after 11am) and got pinched (unlikely as there was another delivery left in the same place as I told milk & more) or they didnt deliver it.

Either way not very impressed with a first order...

  • Just ordered mine fine, but I am worried about the delivery as I am out the door at 7am not back to 6pm leaving it outside is stupid in my opinion butmay just have to risk it since its free..! Its notvery customer friendly with delivery options - if they sorted it out and could offer specific delivery time then I'd actually think about using them..

  • I think it depends where on the milkman's route you are. I'm exceptionally lucky as mine arrives 2.30am every morning. I'm in New Milton , New Forest if that helps anyone
  • Ordered yesterday arrived by 7am, left by front door everything fine except 2 items missing! how can they run out of tins of coke and carrots, not exactly exotic or unusual items. Shame as I was going to make more orders but if you can't rely on them, there's not much point.
