  • I've entered my order in, but when I get to check out and enter the voucher I get "The promotion is not active on any of the dates currently in the shopping basket." Any ideas?

I used the offer last month (which was a bonus as I was going to start using milk and more anyway) the £10 was debited from my bill on the 20th of the month without any problems. we get a delivery 3 times a week and the milk is always on the doorstep before 7am, so from a service point of view I would recommend them.

yes, I know I could get milk more cheaply from the supermarket, but I've found I've actually saved money by doing a big online shop once a month and not popping in to the supermarket to buy milk (and ending up spending £20)

have you set up a regular order with a direct debit, or just a one off order?

  • Used to have a dairy crest dairy around the corner from my house in east london until they pretty much stopped their deliveries. Where do they actually deliver to, I tried a few different postcodes from all over london with no luck.

Their prices aren't very competative, even with a discount you're probably paying more than the supermarket.

You may pay a little more but where this beats the main grocery stores is there is NO MINIMUM ORDER and you get 30 days credit. Trying going to Tesco's and getting you groceries then asking them to invoice you for them on the 20th! - Don't forget too that the majority of deliveries are made in the early hours. Overall you are getting a better deal.
  • You need to register on the site - including setting up a payment method - Next add something to your cart and go to CHECKOUT - There you can enter the promo code WEBFEB into the promo box and click on GO - This will add the promo - Proceed with your checkout as normal.
  • What a lovely deal. I am curious though - the MSE note said you can cancel your regular payment at any time online, but I see no way to do that. After receiving my free goodies I'd like to remove my card details from the site.
  • I've just placed my order for some random bits - as it's 'free' I've put a couple of treats on list.

I've used the offer before but signed up with a different email today - worked fine last time, so let's see what happens when my order comes next week.

  • The milkandmore website has been revamped and is much easier to use,of course items are a little more expensive than the supermarket but where else can you order something online before 9pm and get it delivered the next morning generally in time for breakfast. There is near enough always some kind of offer running every week, personally i think the service is excellent and never had a problem.Milkandmore user Tunbridge Wells
  • It might be a bit more expensive than supermarkets, but delivery is free. As far as I am aware all the online supermarkets charge for delivery, so for a small shop of say £10 it is probably worth paying a premium if you are housebound. Also, order before 9pm for next day delivery - what supermarkets do that?
