I used thier serivce before and have problems on every delivery - I then closed my account. I have signed up again for this offer just to see if the service had improved...... Guess what? My order did not arrive, no phone call to say why, no note to say items were not in stock and when I called customer service they said oh I think they are running late - didn't even bother to chase up the order. Will never use them again as the Horsham depot does not seem to be bothered if you get your items or not. Such a shame as it is a handy service to use if it was reliable. I am just lucky that I am not elderly and relying on the food/drink being delivered - some people may not be able to get to a shop.0

I signed up last month when the £10 offer started, just in time for that week before payday too much month not enough money feeling! I got eggs, bread, yogurts, milk, breakfast cereal for my free £10, had a weekly milk delivery since, no probs at all. For me it means fewer trips to the supermarket and hence less impulse buys. So even though the milk it a bit more expensive its been worth it in terms of the other stuff I have not bought. All good here for milkandmore :j
I dont work for them BTW! Just had a good experience so farLet's get ready to bumble! :rotfl:0 -
I have a similar issue, I called them and they told me to wait for 20th February (which is Sunday), and they don't take payment anyway until 23rd. So I suggest you to call them on Monday (I'll do that too) and make sure your discount is applied.
My online account shows a credit of £10, it has done since within a few days of setting up my account - just a thought might be worth contacting them now before they generate the invoice, might be too late by then to change the amount they ask for.Let's get ready to bumble! :rotfl:0 -
My order was delivered this morning packed in a carrier bag (which was full of rain) minus the hot cross buns (the one thing of the order I was looking forward to this morning) as they were out of stock.
Had an envelope with a note saying about the buns being out of stock and an offers leaflet with a milk float fridge magnet in it too.
The gold top milk is lovely as is the cranberry juice. May make another order to use up the credit on my account.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -
Placed an order around 7pm last night and my milk man delievered about 9am. All ok and packaged nicely in milk tray and carrier bags but the hot buns and short bread were missing and no note about why i hadn't received them! But happy to have crossiants, bacon, milk, milkshake and tea bags all for free! It was very exciting waiting for the milk man!0

I looked at this offer, but kinda feel a bit guilty using it, and thats not like me as I do like a bargain lol but I feel the milkman is a dying breed and I know alot of them are struggling to keep going due to the supermarkets being much cheaper. Just wondered if anyone else thought this.
Ps I am not saying this to upset of offend anyone, so apologise in advance if it does, just wondered if anyone else kinda knew where I was coming from.Never argue with a fool, they will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience.........!!!:rotfl::T0 -
Yes I felt a little bit guilty as someone somewhere has to pay for that food, but then I do plan to order from them in the future now and again (especially the hot cross buns while they're on offer, they're delicious!)£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

I agree with you, which is why I have put off using this offer TBH.
