I'm assuming I leave the empty out for the milkman when I'm next due a delivery?

    That is correct. :)
  • My order was delivered on the 19th , I used the code but it is not showing on my online account, do you think I should ring or just wait?

Yes you should ring and they will fix it. I had the same issue, I called them first thing in the morning and they immediately applied it.

And what happens if you're not planning to order from them again? do you still need to keep the bottle?

Did everything correctly, set up a regular payment, put in the promo code and now I have been charged!! Gave them a ring this morning, customer services apologised and told me they had made a mistake and would credit our account with £10 to use on our next order. I asked them for a refund (it was their mistake!), but they said they could only offer me a credit on my next order! Is this done on purpose? Has anyone else had this problem?

I was thinking about using them again as I did feel a touch of guilt getting this for free, but I feel now that I have been fiddled!

    ***UPDATED 13.03PM***

They credited my account (after saying they wouldn't be able to do it). I will be placing another order whenever I do need the odd essentials, apart from this minor hiccup the service I have received has been really good.
  • the £10 off did not show on my invoice, however after a 3 minute 48 second call to customer service they said they would fix the problem.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Mine came this morning - not sure what time as didn't hear a thing (neither did my dog) but it was on the doorstep at 7.45am when OH was going to go the shop to buy bread (he was pleased as it saved him a trip).

Well pleased with it all. Everything was there and it was in carrier bags although would not have cared if it were not. Am definitely going to have milk delivered regularly now and probably bread, crumpets etc occasionally.
