Just made another order with M&M - quick question... I've ordered a pint of orange juice, in the glass bottle... I've never had a milkman before, I'm assuming I leave the empty out for the milkman when I'm next due a delivery?£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

Yes you should ring and they will fix it. I had the same issue, I called them first thing in the morning and they immediately applied it.0 -

Did everything correctly, set up a regular payment, put in the promo code and now I have been charged!! Gave them a ring this morning, customer services apologised and told me they had made a mistake and would credit our account with £10 to use on our next order. I asked them for a refund (it was their mistake!), but they said they could only offer me a credit on my next order! Is this done on purpose? Has anyone else had this problem?
I was thinking about using them again as I did feel a touch of guilt getting this for free, but I feel now that I have been fiddled!
***UPDATED 13.03PM***
They credited my account (after saying they wouldn't be able to do it). I will be placing another order whenever I do need the odd essentials, apart from this minor hiccup the service I have received has been really good.0 -
the £10 off did not show on my invoice, however after a 3 minute 48 second call to customer service they said they would fix the problem.
