  • ordered, all present and correct on the right date and there before 6am when I went to work!
I'm even thinking of keeping it on because they deliver milk bags and I can't get those from Mr. T

  • Hi
I want to use this fabulous offer as I have recently moved into a flat with my partner and my hours have been cut from work and were struggling a little, so £10 of free food would be so amazing right now.
Can I just order £10 worth of stuff and just get it free??
OR do you have to order more than £10 and get £10 off?

I am not planning on using them more than once, but I think if this order goes through well and my OH is keen then maybe we will order afew items every now and then as we dont have a car to to a big shop.

If you check the website you'll find the conditions. basically you register then browse products and place an order. It does not have to be for £10 as the £10 is added to your invoice as a credit (on 20th of the month) so anything you buy up to that point must total over £10 (because the code is only valid if you order before 28th Feb) and used up by the time of the next invoice (20th March) so as long as you order a tenners worth by then you should be fine... but some people have had trouble with their invoices so do check on the 20th!!! Also make sure you register FIRST and put in the code at the checkout (can't add it after) for your first order.

Also there are about 3 different codes on this thread that all work for the £10 off so if the first doesn't work, try another. I also managed to get the free jug it at the same time.

Hope this helps. If I've got anything wrong, there are others on here who will correct me?:T

There's also a couple of codes to use once you're a registered customer - one for mcvitie's choc digestives, and one for a packet of rice krispy squares.

Add them to your basket first (choc digestives are in the biscuit section, and krispy squares are in the cereal bar section) then enter the codes - MCVITFREE and KRISPFREE

My invoice showed up and... surprise, surprise, no discount... There is no way to to contact them apart from phone/ snail mail/ facebook/ comment box... Not good.
Update: I wrote about my problem on their Facebook message board and they corrected my invoice.
  • they just put the products on the floor next to your door, not really nice I must say.

    And here the problems start...

Received my first proper paid order this morning, only the orange juice I ordered was on the paper receipt as delivered but wasn't in with the shopping. Free jugit was also unavailable.

Rang the 0845 number just now and was told I will be credited for the orange juice, and I also said I wasn't happy about having to pay for more milk in order to get the jugit next time, so the lady said the milkman will put it in with my next order. We shall see. In the meantime until I place another order, I have a bag of milk I can't use as nothing to put it in...

Cut it open and pour it in a jug?
