just sent them the 3rd letter with threatening them to go to court, but worried because all these threads seem not to be getting anywhere unless the proceed to court, but I live in scotland and there is a limit of up tp £1500 u can claim to the small courts, and a right carry on doing it if its for more and mine totals £5300 including interest.......Have you started ur claim yet

I have just got letter of offer from A&L. Will pay me back £1375 as soon as they receive my acceptance. Sent one letter and then involved the financial ombusman.

Hi every one, I have had a reply from A & L reference my second letter to them requesting money back, they have sent a letter bascially saying "No, this is in your terms and conditions". I am sure this is just a bog standard letter that they send but just wanted to check before I threaten with court proceedings.Experian credit score as of Feb 2016 - 116

Yep ... sounds just like their standard second letter. I had mine about a week ago and have just started court proceedings online. Good luck and we'll all keep each other posted.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0
