Who is your mortgage company, if you dont mind me asking. Have you put a search in on the forums for them... You never know you might find someone else with them who can give you advice.
I would not think that they can take house off you. I cant see a court allowing that just because your claiming money from them that is rightfully yours in the first place.:rotfl:"Penny Pinching Winch"

PS - i would put in claim a couple of days before and the day before you go ring the court to explain that you are on holiday, make sure you get name of who you spoke to etc. The courts take a while to process the claim in anycase so at least you would have started the ball rolling so to speak. So by the time you get back you should have something back etc.:rotfl:

pigginsexy wrote:Coincidence!!! My mum works for Blackhorse and i had a HP agreement with them about 3 years ago. They CAN give you a breakdown as it is all on computer system. I just spoke with my mum and she said that the person who said this is either being lazy or they have been told to say this as they want to make it difficult for you to claim.... Apparently they have been inundated with claims recently - - - - i wonder why????
Mum suggests you try again, but this time write to them and cc to as many head offices etc. I can get you a list if you want, but it wont be until Monday when mum goes back to work.
