as I didn't get far with their Call Centre who said it would be posted in June but could not explain why other had theirs in May. He said that it was being discontinued for some customers but confirmed that mine was not discontinued (I spend quite a lot on the card each month!) but mine was being posted in June for some reason!

Silly me. Thanks for pointing that out. I posted my letter anyway as the original letter said that we would receive them in May each year!

Mine arrived yesterday (must admit, I had forgotten all about it being due - will mark my calendar to make sure I don't forget next year!).

Bit worrying to hear that the points are being discontinued for some customers. That wasn't the original deal...rather annoying when companies suddenly decide to move the goal posts like that!

With the lower EU / EEA interchange fees coming in, they will probably operate these accounts at a loss.

I've been waiting a while for those annual 650 bonus points from Finest Mastercard and realised they weren't coming, mine usually arrive in July. Just got off the phone from Tescobank and she said they would only be paying out the 650 points to those who have it written in their contract, other customers it would be discontinued! Anyone confirm its in their contract to receive them.....maybe I've not spent enough with them this past 12 months! But shame on them! She went off and checked mine and said it was not in my contract, I doubt I still have the paperwork either so I cannot check but I remember when they started arriving yearly it was a lovely surprise! Anyway as I had to ring them twice as the original operative directed me to Tesco Clubcard she gave me a "gesture of goodwill" £5 credit for the bother of phoning..... I suppose it was good whilst it lasted, mainly because the 650 points on a 4 X Boost were actually worth over £25.
