You won't lose it when you request the pac code, but you will when the transfer is complete or when they get cut off ( not sure 13 dec rings a bell)

The above applies to "free credit "

if you have paid for credit different rules apply

Tried and text message failed 5x this am to get my EM balance from them. Is anyone else having this problem? Thought they may have withdrawn the facility just as we are all running our balances down.
  • I got 2 handsets and a sim from easy mobile in Sept (got my quidco for it!) These were for my twins boys aged 10 + daughter aged 8. My daughter has managed to use up most of her £20 credit and I have requested a "fresh sim" for her handset.

My boys however, have hardly used their phones, maybe about £3 each off £20. I have tried to sign into easymobile and its says that they are not registered?? Seems really strange as their phones work to make & receive calls and texts, check balance by text?? i even received an email telling me about a 75p charge on one of the accounts as its had very little use!

I now have no way of getting them replacement sims from Fresh mobile without paying the £10 as they are not showing as easymobile customers??? and easy mobile are saying they are not registered and will not allow them to register now??

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

“I have tried to sign into easymobile and its says that they are not registered??”

    I had the same problem.
I sent them an E-mail and they said it was a known issue that they would rectify.
I was then able sign in and order my sim.

  • have you tried the one-line chat facility - I found it very good (might have to wait a few mins for someone to respond at first)

Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.
  • tried already, no harm in trying again, cheers.

Got a text from fresh today acknowledging the order for the new sim, should be here in the next 10 days! don't hold much hope as it's taken 10 days to get that response.
Have ordered two sims from Tesco, see how quick they come. If the fresh sims turn up will have £10 credit on each, use them up then use the Tesco ones.

Sorry guys but can anyone suggest a decent charity from which donating via texting definitely works even without having pre-registred the number with easymobile? thanks! Got 40 pounds to donate!

Text for balance isn't working for me, either.
