    Hi All,

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I just wanted to know how to deal with partial payments should they occur, particularly with regard to the spreadsheet and 8% interest etc. I am expecting to have to go to the MCOL stage with Lloyds so if any partial offer is received, I'll need to know how to alter the list of charges - any ideas?

Many thanks in advance for your help,

    Tina

Had a letter from "Debbie Gilbert" at customer services, basically saying no your not getting anything.

    Seems like a standard letter.

I sent letter giving 14 days to my local branch on 26th February, do i send 7 day letter to Debbie or local branch?

Sorry to bump this up, but i want to post on monday the 7 day letter, but which address would be best? local branch or Customer Services?

is that what you are doing too?

I was already in the court process, when they paid £750 into my bank account. I then called MCOL and told them, but am carrying on with my claim for the balance, which is £550.

The £750 helped to clear our overdraft, so it is spent really. I wouldnt worry about it, you wont have to give it back, you're just asking for the balance.

I would send it to the Customer Services Dept the letter came from ,as all the local branch will do is send it there as it's a central dept that's dealing with the letters.
  • On my statements i have various different charge types:

    OverDraft Interest
    OverDraft Usage Fee
    OverDraft Excess Fee
    Unpaid Direct Debit

Which of these can i claim back?

    Hi,
I have been reading your post with interest.
I sent off my first letter asking TSB for £295 in bank charges unfortunatly they have chosen to ignore it! I posted it through their letter box myself so know they recieved it but i havent even had a 'recieved your request looking into it' letter! Also to add insult to injury I recieved charges for £60 last week for OD charges from last month.Reading your posts your banks seem to have responded immediatly in some way or other can you please advise me?Do I just go ahead and send my second letter?
