Well at last the !!!!!!s have paid up!

I started the process back in October and had to send all the letters, file a claim online, return the Allocation Questionnaire etc.

Had received notice from the court to attend a meeting with Lloyds TSB and the judge on how the case was to proceed. This was scheduled to take place on the 26th March.

I've just checked my online banking and discovered that Lloyds have refunded the full amount that I asked for.

Thanks to Edinburghlass, Rex and Nickmack and any others that have answered my queries during the past few months.:money:

I sent the first letter on 22/02/2007 and have not heard anything. I have just sent them the 2nd letter giving then 14 days before court action.

    I'll keep you posted.

Had a letter from "Debbie Gilbert" at customer services, basically saying no your not getting anything.

    Seems like a standard letter.

I sent letter giving 14 days to my local branch on 26th February, do i send 7 day letter to Debbie or locak branch?

    Ta

I sent a letter to LLoyds on 18th jan asking for my statements and paid £10.
I wrote a letter on 7th march as had not heard anything and today I had a letter from them saying they are sending out my statements dating back to 2001 within 5 days.

It also says i may now proceed to claim reimbursement of charges :j :D so it looks so far like im not being told no.
Although I am aware this may all change once I log my claim.

So far looking at last yrs statements alone i incured £1050 worth of DD charges.
One month alone had £370 worth! and i was a single mum not working at the time.

heres to getting my money back. :rotfl:
Proud to be dealing with my debts
    Claimed £1657 back from lloyds.
Have paid all my debt off with bank money
    (£1300 worth)

Only a £400 loan left to pay now.
    :j
