Hi Everyone:D
I have just received 'General Form of Judgement Order' from my local court it says the following:
It is ordered that
The claiment do file with the court further particulars of claim and do serve the defendant with the same by 20th July 2007 after which blah, blah, blah
it then goes on to say.... The district judge of this court require the amount of bank charges claimed in the form to be particularised showing how the total amount claimed is arrived at. Blah Blah Blah....
Could anyone please tell me if I need ti send just my charges breakdown or do I need to send a court bundle. Also do i just send a copy to the court or do I send another copy to SCAM??? Any help would be appreciated!!;)
I have had the same from my court, they basically want a summary of the charges and the dates but I didn't send this to SCAM as well.

Well, I decided I have nothing to hide so I phoned the bank manager at my local branch. He had no idea what this letter was about or what he was supposed to speak to me about! I told him I have no intention of coming in for a review as there is nothing wrong with my account now - he is phoning SCAM right now to find out what he is supposed to be doing! I guess it's just another stalling tactic from SCAM!!
In the meantime - my AQ is completed and in the post!0 -

I constantly tried to chase this as I'd had no acknowledgement but always got an automated service with an answer machine which was full so you coudnt leave a message!
Eventually called woman in my branch end May and she said she'd chase the dept up- she called me and told me they'd rec'd 68000 of these letters and were running 2 weeks behind the 40 day timescale and to sit tight for 2 more weeks.
Called yesterday- same woman at branch and threatened court letter. She called dept again and called me back and this time she said a rejection letter was sent to me 1/5/07!!!! I'd never rec'd this and I asked her why she hadnt told me this last time I spoke to her.....she said she didnt know then! Terrible service. Wrote letter last night and hand posted it into branch today threatening court action within 2 weeks.
I'm a bit scared. I'm heavily in debt and dont know what to do next. Cant afford to go to court and am scared of thought of it. What do you think I should do now?
Get in touch with the FO, if you cant afford to go to court detail what you have said in here & they will allocate someone to look into it. the outcome will take about 8 weeks but its cheaper & sometimes quicker than the whole court route, however you will only get your charges back & not the interest if you go via the FO.
Heres the link to get you going

Lloyds TSB have been driving me nuts as well, although I am further forward with my claims with them than yourself as I have actually initiated court proceedings (max cost to you to do this is £120) I have posted their defence letter on this forum under 'bank are going to defend' Stick at it they want you to give up your claim.

Hello, I'm new to this kind of thing, so hope I'm doing it right!
I am in the process of trying to reclaim charges from Lloyds TSB and Abbey. I have recieved a 'Notice of transfer of Proceedings' from Northampton CC, stating that Lloyds TSB are defending the entire claim, and the claim is being tranferred to my local court. I have no questionnaire to return, and really am puzzled and very scared as to what to do now. I am fighting for 2 accounts held with LLoyds, the total sum including interest is over £8000! I do not understand what the defence is saying, it is denying the costs are unlawful, and is making out the charges are fair and reasonable!!!!!!
I am a nursing student with a young family, so could really do with a cash boost! I would be extremely grateful of any advice as to what to do next!

dont expect sechiari clark and mitchell to answer the phone or even the fax machine, nor rely on post as they always say....we didnt receive it....if you can... send any correspondence by overnight courier, it wont be classed as a mass ( recorded deliveries are no longer signed for individually they are signed as a mass), however, they cant make an overnight courier sign a mass it has to be individual.
