Thanks Ronnie - I am going to start sorting out doing the FOS stuff. Am going to have to get stuck in next weekend as I am at the hospital every evening as my dad is in at the moment. Working full time doesn't leave much time for this but I will get down to it. Will go on their site and read up as much as I can and get myself prepared.

If you call the FOS on 0845 080 1800 they will send you a pack out to complain. Have a look at their website.

Good Luck.... I'm currently waiting for a court date. The court has just asked me for information relating to the charges etc.

Having not got anywhere with Lloyds I have now filed 3 complaints with the FSO.
<O:p> </O:p>
• Excessive bank charges
• They way Lloyds are dealing with the complaints about charges
• Lloyds Complaint procedures
<O:p> </O:p>
<O:p> </O:p>
Even if you are going down the court route, still complain to the FSO about the way they are dealing with it.
<O:p> </O:p>
If you complain about the service you are getting, concerning claiming bank charges, the FSO will investigate this and it may make Lloyds pay up quicker.
to stop it.

What a great idea. I like that one. I think I'll do the same in the morning in erlation to the fact that they have not paid despite judgement by default, the issue of a warrant and the disparity across all the various replies we have had from a number of people within their Andover Recovery Centre. I agree that even if people have chosen to use the Court route, complaining about Lloyds abuse of the PUBLICLY FUNDED court system is a good idea
• Having already sent my paperwork into the FOS, would it be advisable to send a fax to Ms. Debbie Gibert informing her that this has been done ?

Yes it wouldn't hurt to send the Andover Recovery Cenrte notice that you have issued your complaint to the FOS. I don't necessarily think that it will speed anything up; - and Debbie Gilbert is just some signatory on the paperwork (probably head of Dept) - who I would imagine never gets to see any of the complaints. But at least youw ill be able to prove that you gave them notification of the action you were taking in response to their bad handling of your complaint.

how long does this all take from start to finish ,
Everyone is different, I sent first letter end of January and money was in my account 15th June, ten days before my court date.
• I am claiming aprox £3000 from lloyds and have gone through all the correct procedures , i have filed MCOL and lloyds have acknowledged and filed a defence, today i have had a notice of transfer to a local court with a copy of the lloyds defence.

What happens next???
would be grateful if someone could give me some advice.

The claim will now be transferred to your local county court and a hearing date will be set, you will receive all notification of this from the courts. They do usually pay up before the hearing date arrives but on few cases they dont, don't worry you will be fine :D

Good luck with your claim

Your case will be transferred to your local court if you have a look at the court website it will tell you which is closer.

The bundle is your defence that you will need to prepare should it go all the way. If you need any help PM me and I will try to help you. My case is now at local court and I have just prepared my bundle. There are lots of pages included.

Good Luck...
