    Hi everyone,

I am getting a bit nervous now:eek:  . LLoyds put in a defence to my claim on the 9th June - I still haven't received any documents though. I spoke to MCOL today and they told me it was sent to my local court on the 22nd. I really am getting a bit shakey now, over the thought of going to court, but with everyones support on this site it seems I may be ok!!! Just waiting a date now!!!  :o

I have successfully reclaimed from lloyds. One settled last week for just short of 6.5K via solicitor letter. Other today for 1.5k via judge as sols didn't turn up.

Congratulations, I hope that we are all as successful. We should all have a good party at the end of this. One of my claims is at court waiting for the court date and the other I'm still waiting for the info, my wife has just had the big up yours so we are going to the next stage with hers.

Have a good drink... and enjoy the money....

I am just about to post my complaint re Lloyds TSB bank charges £1298.5, including interest, to the Financial Services Ombudsman. Wish me luck!
