Can somone please help, I have tried phoning various numbers 01264 725214, 01264 832297, 01264 832915 & 01264 834307 and all I get is we are busy phone back later or leave a message. i have tried leaving numerous messages but to no avail. Does anyone have any other numbers that would be worth trying or any advice on what i should do, my 40 days are long past now and I was assured I would hear by the begining of June.

    Hi

I sent a letter to lloyds (Gresham Street address) on 05/06 by recorded 'signed for' post, i left it until 11/06 and tracked it using royalmail system but found nothing. So i sent the letter again, giving them 14days to respond but this time dated 11/06 left it a few days, tracked using Royalmail...again no joy.

I phoned royalmail and they are now trying to find my letters as they have no proof and are investigating why the postman has not scanned the letters etc.

My question is, the 14 days have gone since the 11th June even though i am unsure of whether lloyds have received my letter do i proceed with mcol?
Or should i call Lloyds and ask i they have received my letters, if so does anyone have the correc number to call?

    cheers

The letters get passed to Andover so it would be the 01264 725214 number to call but they are extremely difficult to get through to :o

I'd procceed to MCOL if thats your next step, they usually only ignore your letters anyway or send you a standard bog off letter back in acknowledgement,

MCOL very easy to use its step by step, just make sure when your filling out the paticulars of claim you use a set off the reclaim charges help thread you can copy and paste into it and input your details where required.

Good luck with your claim :j

Just received a letter from the solicitor for Lloyds TSB saying they'll pay me all the money I claimed and the court fee of £120

    A total of £1158.74 :D

Once I get the money from LTSB, its turn for Barclaycard

Hi I also received this letter saying they intend to settle out of court, that was nearly 4 weeks ago, still no money!!!!
