Hi honey, don't worrry I have two claims with Lloyds due in court 29th June.
I'm all ready, but noticed today they have credited one of my claims in full so I'm hoping the other will get done too. I have prepared for court and sent of my court bundles- my judge dispensed with the questionaire too.
Pm me and I'll be pleased to help if I can.
Hi I have just looked on MCOL and noticed today it says that lloyds dispute the whole amount that i claim and it will be transferred to my local court. i know the reason I have gone and cliamed for full amount plus interest but before i logged claim with mcol they paid £750 into our account what happens now I had sent letter to say when they deposited 750 that do not accept as final settlement and would claim the rest but i have not deducted the 750 of my claim how stupid of me will this go against me/0 -
Good news everyone
after the judge at lincoln crown court giving Lloyds until the 26th June to come up with a good defence or he was ruling in my favour, Lloyds have paid up. No letter from them or anything, just put £3180 into my account!!
its taken 8 months, but finally got my money back. Good luck to everyone else:j0 -

My case against LLoyds is going to court on 12th July. Still havent heard anything. One thing im concerned about is that the Judge decided i didnt need to fill in a questionnaire. Can anyone tell me why that would be?
Should I contact anyone to see what is happening or sit tight and go to court? And who should I take with me? i dont know any legal eagles and couldnt afford anyone anyway - single mother, working full time etc. so no money!
A lot of courts aren't using the Allocation Questionnaire any more, as they now know what these cases usually involve, how long the hearings usually take and that the bank’s solicitors usually don't turn up. Trust me, you really didn’t want to have to fill one in!
You can take someone with you for "moral support", but they cannot speak for you. However, the small claims courts are designed for "litigants in person", ie. you and me, not solicitors and barristers. If you are really that worried about the court hearing, our friends over on the Consumer Action Group have something called a "court buddy" scheme. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

No. The courts are quite used to these last minute part payments. The judge will simply subtract it when he calculates your award. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

So is there possibility it will go to court or could they still pay out 11th hour0 -
I originally wrote to Lloyds requesting the list of charges in April. The Copy Statement Unit in Birmingham sent me 5½ years worth on 24th May.
I sent the 2nd letter requesting the repayment of the charges on 25th May.
I then received a letter dated 1st June telling me that the charges were fair... blah blah blah and to send my £10 if I had not already done so (the letter had the ref B1/7 at the bottom of the page). I have now sent off the next letter in the process asking again very nicely or else I'll take them to court.
Has anybody ever had a reply to the 2nd letter? Has anyone ever managed to get through on the telephone number on their letters and speak to someone, I even tried the leave a message in 20 seconds option but to no avail. In spite of the cost of living, it’s still popular :eek:0 -
Hi all,
I just wanted to say that one of my claims has been settled
I have two claims with Lloyds, first letters sent end Jan
I did everything by the book, Lloyds defended my claim and I was given a court date of 29th June.
I prepared and sent of my Court Bundle and have written and faxed SCAM several times but no response.
Checked the account on line and the full amount has been credited.
My other account is still looking very sad though.... but hopefully I will not have to attend court next week, but I'm ready if I have to.
What do i need for a court bundle and can somebody explain to me what a scam is? Also has Lloyds paid up with anyone who hasnt had a account with tem anymore?0
