    Ok, thanks.....

I thought it might be as that's where the standard refusal letters have come from.

Right ....... to those whos claims have been defended ........ The last line on my defence reads; The claimants claim is denied in its entirety. It is further denied that the claimant is entitled to the sum claimed or to any sum from the bank.

I've just read someone elses and it only says it's denied in its entirety, does anyone elses say what mine does ?

yep Kez lol mine, also they are saying that I am claiming beyond the limitation act as I have claimed before 04.05.01 (my date of issue was 4 may 07,) if the silly b*****ds took the time to read the POC properly they should have noticed that my claim runs from March 01 - March 07. How dumb!

P.s my solicitor mate is coming to see me tomorrow, I shall pose any questions to her.

    Hi all,
I just wanted to say that one of my claims has been settled
I have two claims with Lloyds, first letters sent end Jan
I did everything by the book, Lloyds defended my claim and I was given a court date of 29th June.
I prepared and sent of my Court Bundle and have written and faxed SCAM several times but no response.
Checked the account on line and the full amount has been credited.
My other account is still looking very sad though.... but hopefully I will not have to attend court next week, but I'm ready if I have to.

My case against LLoyds is going to court on 12th July. Still havent heard anything. One thing im concerned about is that the Judge decided i didnt need to fill in a questionnaire. Can anyone tell me why that would be?

Should I contact anyone to see what is happening or sit tight and go to court? And who should I take with me? i dont know any legal eagles and couldnt afford anyone anyway - single mother, working full time etc. so no money!
Hi honey, don't worrry I have two claims with Lloyds due in court 29th June.
I'm all ready, but noticed today they have credited one of my claims in full so I'm hoping the other will get done too. I have prepared for court and sent of my court bundles- my judge dispensed with the questionaire too.
Pm me and I'll be pleased to help if I can.

Reading the above posting has made me think and i have the following question.

I have 3 accounts with Lloyds TSB that i'm claiming charges on....should i make one claim on the total amount of all 3 or should i do them individually on Moneyclaim?

Hi its entirely up to you how you claim, Im claiming from 2 seperate accounts and decided to do them seperately as they total 5.8k together which goes over the 5k limit for the small claims court, :j
