I've just read someone elses and it only says it's denied in its entirety, does anyone elses say what mine does ?

Hi all,
I just wanted to say that one of my claims has been settled
I have two claims with Lloyds, first letters sent end Jan
I did everything by the book, Lloyds defended my claim and I was given a court date of 29th June.
I prepared and sent of my Court Bundle and have written and faxed SCAM several times but no response.
Checked the account on line and the full amount has been credited.
My other account is still looking very sad though.... but hopefully I will not have to attend court next week, but I'm ready if I have to.0 -

How dumb!

My case against LLoyds is going to court on 12th July. Still havent heard anything. One thing im concerned about is that the Judge decided i didnt need to fill in a questionnaire. Can anyone tell me why that would be?
Should I contact anyone to see what is happening or sit tight and go to court? And who should I take with me? i dont know any legal eagles and couldnt afford anyone anyway - single mother, working full time etc. so no money!
I'm all ready, but noticed today they have credited one of my claims in full so I'm hoping the other will get done too. I have prepared for court and sent of my court bundles- my judge dispensed with the questionaire too.
Pm me and I'll be pleased to help if I can.0 -

Hi its entirely up to you how you claim, Im claiming from 2 seperate accounts and decided to do them seperately as they total 5.8k together which goes over the 5k limit for the small claims court, :j
