Just to let you know i've not had one either, I've gone through all the template letters and filed at local court. All i've had from them is a standard bog off reply to say charges are fair etc

    Hi

Just want to get a response from anybody who has sent the baliffs into there bank.
Claim is for £10,650.00 on my business account, they acknowledged back at the start of may but never entered a defence, so took automatic judgement 2 weeks ago, still no money so entered a warrent of execution and recived a letter today so say it was issued on the 4/6/07.

Does the baliffs let you know when they are going as i want to let the local media know about it.

Today I've recieved a letter from Sechiari, Clark and Mitchell requesting more information regarding my claim. Should I provide them with the detaisl or just tell them that it is going to court as I have my Court Date for July?

    Cheers in advance.

Show them that you are cooperative and provide them with the info they request, even if it is something you have sent to the bank already.
