You need to read Martin's article and use the link there to CAG for the Court Bundle that you will need.
  • have u a link to this martin has said so much its hard to fined the wright one thanks andy
  • I wrote to Lloyds In April requesting a list of charges which they replied to and cashed the £10 cheque. I then wrote to them on the 25th May saying thank you for the list and I would like to reclaim the charges which total £1200.

They have now written to me saying that they are sorry that I'm not happy, the charges are legitimate and that if I want my statements I have to send £10 if I haven't done so already.

I'm confused are they behind the times and talking about the first letter or the second one?
In spite of the cost of living, it’s still popular
  • Hi Wannabedebtfree, the letter you received is their standard 1st reply (I received exactly the same one). Just plough on with your claim and send the next letter in the sequence.

    Good luck.

I cliamed £800 off Lloyds TSB and on 21st May i recived a letter saying that they would pay £750 "goodwill" to my account, and it would be in my account in 10 working days.

Well it has gone past 10 days and nothing in my account!

I would give them a ring Andy, there should be a number on the letter that they had sent to you and ask them where the 'goodwill gesture' is they've promised,

i am claiming for just over 4000 in charges, after 3 letters lloyds has sent me a letter saying its not gonna pay any more but is going to credit my account with 750 in 10 days time . its not an offer its telling me its giving me the money. without sounding greedy its nowhere near 4000, should i continue with the claim, or leave it at this, also if i do take it further should i wait until they have put the money in first. help...
