To bubble.... In the Reclaim Help Thread you'll find a longer version of the POC, send them that along with a list of your charges.

    help please

lloyds have acknowledg on the 29/05 and a day later i got this letter from lloyds (I AM SORRY THAT YOU'RE NOT VERY HAPPY WITH OUR RESPONSE SO FAR.

I CAN SEE THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ISSUED A COURT CLAIM FOR REPAYMENT OF THESE FEES AND THAT OUR SOLICITORS ARE DEALING WITH IT. IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR CLAIM, THIS FIGURE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY AWARD THAT MAY BE MADE.)

is this a good thing i don't know what to make of it

This is just one of Lloyds TSB standard letters, quite a few people on here have received the same :D nothing to worry about just an acknowledgement to the claim you've filed against them

    Good luck with your claim,

Looking at this thread I'm now annoyed that I decided to bank with LLoyds!

I am about to send off my first claims letter!

I've set up another bank account who have given me the same overdraft so, keeping my fingers crossed
Thanks for reading - The Waltons

Hi, I've been reading all your postings with interest. I made a claim for £170 in April and got the standard reply from LLodstsb. I have not followed up with the second letter yet but have in the past two months been charged £30 twice for going overdrawn by £5. Can I add these charges to the original claim or should I start afresh?
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

If you amend your claim it will cost you £35. Whilst I appreciate that it can be difficult, if you are reclaiming charges you really should do everything possible to avoid being charged in future.

They haven't actually started a claim, yes you can add charges up until the point to file your claim at court or MCOL.

    Hi all,
I'm waiting for Lloyds to Defend my claim by the deadline of 11th June.
£7000 which includes interest and court charges!
All I can advise everyone is to read these threads and help threads until you have digested everything there is.
Knowledge is power and power WILL win. :D
Yes I'm scared stiff of the outcome like everone here but I'm doing the best I can.
