    Hi ya sharon
I've phoned the courts loads of times, last week when i phoned kerry (girl at court) told me it was going to judge the following day so had hoped to hear something by now specially as i have sent court bundle in too, i keep thinking shall i give them a quick ring (god i sound desperate) but i haven't got 2p to rub together again at mo although tsb have stopped charging me last 2 month so thats a +. I've even tried ringing them solicitors in brighton but got some snotty bag anyone would think cash was coming out of her !!!! end pocket with no luck. I can't even talk to the branch manager cause he's not interested is the less richer people...and another thing all these do gooders who don't like us cause we will stop free banking thats crud cause we pay £10 a month for a gold account now so show me a fantastic bank account that ain't already got a monthly charge to it

When claiming back bank charges, do you send the letter to your local bankor the head office.

    Thanks

its such a mare. im scared to log onto moneyclaim every morning, afternoon and night (yes thats what my life has become) in cause it says defended!! dreading day it does. hoping im one of the lucky ones (doubtful though)

its the long winded process thats to follow once defence has been isssued. The timescale is terrible - i hear courts are sick of banks as well- however there making plenty of money out of it so really although wasting there time the man at the top is getting plenty cash in

i emailed watchdog as have a few others - just stating games lloyds are playing - abuse of court system and how they were threatening to close my account and court action cause i was 50quid over overdraft - hilarious sayinig as they owe me 3200 quid - if you have time email them on https://www.bbc.co.uk - you never know if they have enough people moanign about same bank and there tactics they may feature them - anything at this stage is worth a try

Hi, put this in the wrong thread earlier!!
Wrote my first letter to Lloyds TSB way back in september so was horrified when I got a court dtae of 29th June!
But luckily (so it seems) I got a letter from Setchiari Clark & Mitchell (Lloyds solicitors) offering me full and final payment on 13/4. All I had to do was sign it and send it back (no later than 19/4) and they would credit the amount (£1400) to my account.
They would have recieved my signed letter on the 16/4, but three weeks on I have still not recieved any money. I have been checking my account daily, and have called the solicitors office at least three times a week to be met witht eh same response - "As we have such a high volume of claims to process we cannot give you an exact time when you will recieve the money but it should only take 7 - 10 days after your claim is processd".
Its well over 10 days now, is anyone else in this situation?

firstly well done in getting any kind of money out of lloyds (assuming you went through moneyclaim?)

im not sure on this one - why dont you try ringing local branch? or the obusman (or what ever there called) for advise on how to handle it

at end of day its not your fault they have a ton of claims

I will email them in a mo when i get back from picking my little girl up from school and that'll give me time to plan what i'm gonna say without waffling and not putting point:rolleyes:
