hi all just got letter today of lloyds tsb stating they are paying Mr £750.00 as goodwill gesture but the fact i have already started the court process and spent £120.00 to do so they can go and get stuffed am currently claiming £1875.00 so there goodwill gesture isn't even half they must think I'm soft will accept this amount without prejudice as part payment and then fight them for the rest must think I'm a fool.0

Lloyds are paying £750 as a goodwill gesture to most claimants, please check your account as it is more than likely they will have already paid this in.0

Put the name of your local court - you don't need to contact them first. Good luck!
