hi all just got letter today of lloyds tsb stating they are paying Mr £750.00 as goodwill gesture but the fact i have already started the court process and spent £120.00 to do so they can go and get stuffed am currently claiming £1875.00 so there goodwill gesture isn't even half they must think I'm soft will accept this amount without prejudice as part payment and then fight them for the rest must think I'm a fool.

Lloyds are paying £750 as a goodwill gesture to most claimants, please check your account as it is more than likely they will have already paid this in.

will that get them off the hook when we try to claim them back. Also ,should I be worried about all this or just pay at the end of the month as usual and think it dosnt matter as we will get those charges back anyway.Your thoughts please.

No, just carry on with your claim.
  • hi, we have just sent off our first letters (have 2 accounts with lloyds) to reclaim our charges back, over 2 and a half yrs we have worked out they roughly took £1,300 from our accounts on charges!!

will keep you updated on how to get on and thanks to this site for the templates :T and to martins video for giving us the courage to fight them :T

Put the name of your local court - you don't need to contact them first. Good luck!

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.
  • Thanks MOAM
