The soups pretty much have the saem recipes but with different 'main' ingredients so I would tell her to try the broccoli recipe but stick a califlower, cabbage and some carrots in stead and see how it tastes :D

I've just signed up on the Quidco deal. 2 stone to lose for me......

I'm currently inputting some of my staple recipes into the recipe builder so the points are all worked out for me, and I've also got the latest WW magazine for a bit of added inspiration.

Me too although I signed up a couple of weeks ago. I've not had much access to the PC (MrM has been hogging it since the PS3 has been down!) to enter much into esource but have decided this week I will get my head round it. Saying that I have been good and lost 4lbs over those two weeks due to snacking on fruit, planning our meals better, taking salad with my sandwich for lunch. MrM is doing this with me and we have started to work out together as well along with me doing bits on the Wii Fit. I bought the magazine and made the tuna mix that they put with a jacket potato. Have been having it with salad instead. Want to try the carbonara dish as well.

Hi all, I'm doing Propoints- but with only my calculator for company. I paid £10 for it on ebay. Going it alone for 2 reasons: 1) I don't want to give them my money and 2) I think I'd associate going to a group with someone else being in control of my eating and I wouldn't do it!

That's why I haven't rejoined at meetings. The constant sales pitch for all the gadgets and gizmos annoys me.

I also wouldn't go back to the local one because of a remark the leader made to me last time and although there is one near work it's in the lunch break and I don't always get the same time off each week. I could arrange it but can't be bothered to tell the people I work with that I'm on a diet because then people start criticising when they see you eat a "treat".

Have decided this week to get my head round it and am now going to imput into esource all the meals I have planned. Am trying to cut out alcohol for a while as well and did miss my glass of wine last night but am doing this more for MrM as he can't stop at one glass.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    Hey Confused
Absolutely delighted! I have been given a meeting literally 2 minutes from home! I start on 29th May although I am going along for the next 2 weekends to meet the members and introduce myself and see how the place is set out. Have a new leader meeting next week so will hopefully be told if I have any other meetings to take over or even start up!

but a stone in a month seems very quick, I wonder if you're having enough points.

Hi Mark that is a huge amount to lose in 3 weeks.
You should be losing up to 2lb a week, although they do allow for higher lb's of loss in the first few weeks as your body gets used to the new eating plan, it may just be that. It should even out in the next week or so. Are you eating all your daily PP allowance?
