i lost 5lb in my first week but due to a bereavement things went a bit haywire in my second week and i was unable to attend weigh in. i've got what would be my 3rd weigh in on Thursday so i hope i've lost something...

We can only do our best, follow the plan and hope the scales reward us. My weigh in is tomorrow morning - I'm an online subscriber so it'll be buck naked in the bathroom with my eyes screwed up so I can see the numbers - hey, those specs I wear first thing in the morning might weigh enough to make a difference!:rotfl:

Well that's week 4 of my 3 free months done, I lost another 2 lbs this week, so have now lost 10.5 lbs...

(4.5 first week followed by 2lbs a week for the next three weeks)

It would be great if it kept up like this.:)

It was supposed to be my weighing day today (online, so i too am on the bathroom scales trying to read the numbers), but i've put it off for a day as we went visiting friends yesterday and the pud alone was prbably 1, 000 calories (chocolate bomb pudding with chocoalte ice cream:eek:) Over the week i was -10 on my points, which wasn't that bad as I'd had a terrible week.

Been better today, so we shall see. Only got about 5 - 6 lb left to lose so i guess it will be slowly anyway.
I wanna be in the room where it happens

Was a bit miffed when I weighed myself this morning. I exercised a lot last week and noticed when using the Wii Fit that my weight dropped 2lbs. I don't take this has red but do like it because it motivates me to see the figures dropping on screen. I purchased My Fitness Coach on Friday and on Sunday morning weighed myself to enter my Profile on it. My scales said I had lost 2lbs. Went on this morning for "official weigh in" and they said I had stayed the same as last week's weight ie no weight loss over the week. I know I had loads of popcorn and went to Nandos on Sunday night but surely this couldn't make me gain 2lbs over night! Any comments?

have you moved your scales at home? we have carpet everywhere except the kitchen so i have to use my scales on the hard kitchen floor for them to work!

you could have gained 2lb overnight, depending what you drank and ate you could be retaining water i suppose? my weight can fluctuate a few pounds throughout the day and day to day which is why i don't pay too much attention to them apart from WI day

don't lose heart though, you could be on for a good loss next week :)

I thought I'd stuck to it this week, and was expecting a decent loss as it was time of the month last week too... turns out I lost 200 grams or something ridiculously small like that. Haha. Though it's knocked 0.1 off my BMI and it hasn't gone up so I guess that's a good thing?

No bread for me this week!

A loss is a loss, no matter how small - on the weeks you don't lose weight you should check your measurements as you might have lost an inch or two from somewhere instead - sometimes it's just like that.;)

I weigh myself in the kitchen as well as like you we have carpet everywhere else. Am still being good though. Did another 30mins this morning with My Fitness Coach.

Thanks airulo2, it does appear that another inch has come off my hips somehow :D

Can I ask those of you who are online, which weighing scales do you have (if you don't use Wii)?

I'm at uni currently so can pop up to Boots to weigh myself but once I'm back at my parents for the summer I have to rely on lifts (they live in the middle of nowhere practically), so am looking for some good scales to use in the house.
