wow that's fantastic well done!
ok so I took the double up on branflakes advice - had 60gs with a banana & it filled me up all day! I then had a ryvita, a little cottage cheese & salad for a snack & 2 quorn fillets, new pots & salad for tea - all very delish & very filling :T banana, grapes & a little greek yogurt for a snack after the gym
I was even more badly behaved yesterday & am afraid I'm in for a gain this week. I'm gonna go very austere all week - try to claw back a few points each day, & use up my exercise points & hope against hope I can get away with it...DF as at 30/12/16

Back from Weigh in and glad to report a 2lb loss
Bringing my total to 8.5lbs so I FINALLY got my first silver 7! Only 1lb off my 5% milestone so hoping for that next week
I have been good and swapped my much loved frosties cereal for special K. I finally brought myself to pointing it (was avoiding it as I knew it was not good haha) and it was 12 points for the bowl I had every morning! YIKES! So have made the swap to special K now and its not as bad as I thought. I still need to point it though but jsut so busy with starting a new job I never seen to be able to find the time!0 -
I love Frosties too! I can't bring myself to go down to Special K so I settle for cornflakes with a sweetener instead. I lost 1lb this week, 15.5lbs altogether now. It's good, but it's slowing down now, so I need to be careful as this is where I can lose enthusiasm.
I haven't lost enough for people to notice yet ( my sister and I have this theory that when you need to lose at least 4 stone as I do, then no one notices till you've lost at least two- before that they just think fat, and still fat!) Still I have something longer term to aspire to with my daughter's 18th in November so it means that I have still got something to aim for past the summer holidays.0 -
Hello everyone!
Just joined WW to try their new Pro Points system. Lost a around 3lbs so far!
Been on the weightloss journey for too long now, i need to stick with it as i wanted to get a custom outfit for halloween! I can hear you all cry out "halloween! well that's miles off!!" but i need to get to a decent size a month or so before hand so i can get my outfit sorted.
Would anybody care to share their top losing week diet sheet?[STRIKE]0.5 st[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]1st[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]1.5st [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]2st[/STRIKE] 2.5st 3st 3.5st 4st 4.5st 5st :j0 -

I have been doing the new programme for a few weeks now and I am not really losing as much weight as I had hoped. Been doing loads of exercise too and it doesn't seem to be helping, think I need to take another look at things.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

well i had my weigh in on Thursday and lost 2lb, so that's 8lb in total now

good luck everyone for the week ahead...x0 -
i lost 9 lbs and was happy with my weight, have been off the diet a few weeks and feel that i am starting to eat too much again so am rejoining on Monday.
i will be buying a few ready meals for tea as I have a busy week next week so this will be ideal for nights when i have no time to cook. Meals for DS and OH sorted and batch cooked so only me to sort out0 -
hmmmmph... I pointed special k and its the same number of points as Frosties for the same amount!!!!!! I always thought it was advertised as being 'better'? Going to weigh how much I am havin just incase maybe I am eating less. If not, then its back to frosties for definate!0
