    Had my WI tonight...
    Previous Weight Loss: 8.5lbs
    Weight Loss This Week: -1lbs
    Total Weight Loss: 9.5lbs

I got my 5% :D Very pleased with reaching this milestone! Hoping to break into the double figures for amount lost next week too.

Interestingly I thought I would have done much worse as I have just started a fulltime job. There is a yummy cafe which we have to charge to our work pass (rather than pay) so cant avoid temptation by taking no money, so I have been eating there quite alot. However as Im hoping quite a substantial meal at lunch I have just been having cereal in the evening and I really think that having the larger pointed meal at lunch has had a positive effect on my weight loss. Has anyone else found or tried this?

Well done to you (and all the others!) :j

I haven't tried that personally but I know that's how they do things over in Germany and as a nation in general they seem fairly trim and healthy! (well probably that and going walking on a sunday as most stuff is shut!)

I'm thinking of joining WW online when pay day rolls around.

I've followed the points system before but don't know much about propoints - whats changed? :)

I lost 4.5lbs this week :j (so that's the 3lbs I put on last week & an additional 1.5 :D) am so happy! I think I have found my stride with the plan - so I generally have lots to eat & drink over the weekend (weeklies) & then stick like glue to the dailies mon to thurs - there was 1 day last week when I really want a glass of wines so used 2 of my ap's. I have also been on call this week so can't drink so that has meant that with 29 dailies that's loads of food!

hmmmmph... I pointed special k and its the same number of points as Frosties for the same amount!!!!!! I always thought it was advertised as being 'better'? Going to weigh how much I am having just in case maybe I am eating less. If not, then its back to frosties for definite!

Better in what sense? Just because it's highly-advertised and hyped? It's known that Special K contains an awful lot of sugar.

Hope you don't mind me joining in... I have read the whole thread, saw early on about Quidco, went on today and I should get £30 cashback as long as I've joined correctly! If I've failed then I better make use of that £30 lol,

Going to weigh Saturday mornings after breakfast (how specific!!) todays starting weight is 12st 1lb and I'm 5ft 3. Not awful, I've been as high as 14st 4 but while I was in Africa for 9 months I got down to 10st 10 and it's crept back up since coming back in February (combination of antidepressants, lethargy and biscuits I think!!)

Just browsing the site now as going to do it online... first goal is 11st 6 xx

Welcome to the thread for the new starts. I'm almost halfway through the free 3 month trial via Quidco, I've lost over a stone, which really isn't too bad for something that's my favourite price ( that'd be FREE :D)
