I think you probably won't get as many Frosties in your 30g as Special K. With the sugar on I presume they'll be heavier?0

Hello
I'm very new to WW, having only joined on Wednesday. I'm going to meetings lead by the lovely Palema and it's nice to have that support.
I'm not finding it as bad as I thought so far. I've been snacking on more fruit than usual, but finding that I'm not too hungry. I love bread though so giving that up is going to be really tricky. I do struggle to think of nice things to have for lunch though, sandwiches are my staple diet for lunches so any ideas you have would be lovely.

Well that's week 6 of my 3 free months done, I lost 1 lb this week, so have now lost 15 lbs...
I'm a bit sad I only managed a pound, but we were away for the weekend, I ended up eating 5 points over my weekly allowance last week because I was hungry and tired all week.
However, a pound is a pound, no matter whether it's a pound coin or a pound block of butter.... they are all worth looking after.:DMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Hmm, so I'm having one of those days again... the stone/lbs side of my ticket says I've put on 1lb, but if I look at the kg side it's just 200g, which is half a lb.
Also, I normally weigh myself after breakfast, so a bowl of cereal. But I had an exam this morning (last one ever :j:j:j) so had an apple for breakfast and had a jacket potato with bbq chicken for lunch afterwards with friends, and then went and weighed myself. So I guess officially I could say I stayed the same but better acknowledge the lb I guess as it wasn't a loss...0 -
2lb lost today, which I was really pleased with. Then came home and scoffed the 22 points I had left over!:j0

Evening!
I'm weighing in for the first time tomorrow *eek*
I'm quite pleased with myself - I made bolognaise for dinner and the sauce has worked out at four points per portion (well, my portion, Mr F has double!) I was going to have pasta for the first time in a week but dropped it in the sink - BAH! - so had fresh veg instead. I was definitely full afterwards though, I've only just had my fruit for pudding.
Hopefully I'll have lost a wee bit this week. I then have the following week planned:
Thursday - lunch out with work
Friday - cinema (Usually get icecream)
Sunday - holiday starts, so lots of eating out
I'm going to have to be very good....

Had my WI tonight...
Previous Weight Loss: 8.5lbs
Weight Loss This Week: -1lbs
Total Weight Loss: 9.5lbs
I got my 5%Very pleased with reaching this milestone! Hoping to break into the double figures for amount lost next week too.
Interestingly I thought I would have done much worse as I have just started a fulltime job. There is a yummy cafe which we have to charge to our work pass (rather than pay) so cant avoid temptation by taking no money, so I have been eating there quite alot. However as Im hoping quite a substantial meal at lunch I have just been having cereal in the evening and I really think that having the larger pointed meal at lunch has had a positive effect on my weight loss. Has anyone else found or tried this?0
