We walked a lot and the weather was so hot, around 30 degrees every day so drank a lot (water I might add). I tried to be good for the most part but did have sangria one night and the nicest paella ever, but was so delighted when I weighed still cant beleive it.

That's a great weight loss for a holiday! I'm hoping for a good loss this week, but went to a food festival yesterday! A hot beef roll, chocolate dipped strawberries, and a scone straight from the oven. Plus a diddy cup cake that I took home for my supper! All pointed though, honestly:rotfl:

How funny teeni we just got back from a week away in Platja D'aro which is just outside of Barcelona. We had originally thought that we were going to go to Barcelona for a day & possibly a night but the weather was so glorious we just stayed by the pool! I've been afraid to WI so am going to wait until this weekend...

3lb lost! So got presented with my 10% keyring, 23.5 lbs lost so far.:j Next aim, another 4.5 lb to get to two stone...
