Thank you! When the leader asked if anyone was pleased with their week, she kept looking at me and my mum kept nudging me... I hate speaking to a group of people I don't know!
It's my first week though, so I do know it won't be this much every week.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
Well done all :T
I didn't go last week (three 12 hour shifts in a row meant that on WW day I wanted to stay in my jammies and not leave the house!) so this week I'm hoping for a pound or two. Think happy thoughts for me0 -

I'm back "sob"
The stress of trying to find another job took over my resistance to food... that's the excuse.... In July I was 12 stone, went down to 11st 8, then I had a bad week where I gained 1lb and gave up. The last couple of weeks I've noticed my hips sticking out miles more than before and it's really upset me to the point I've almost avoided going out socially.
Today I decided to stop being in denial and got out the scales.........
I weigh 12st 7 :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
I'm so upset, not least over my inability to resist food. It's like an addiction.
I'm starting again today, weighing and counting exactly, reading about all your successes and we'll see how I get on....OU Student! - ED209, SDK125, DSE212, SK124, DSE141, SD226, DXR222, DD303, DD307 = BSc Psychology0 -
Good luck littlestar1981, you know you can do it, have you tried to write a food plan the day before and then when you get up in the morning you know exactly what will be on your menu for the day, I find this helps me stick to it most of the time, I too love food and sometimes find it hard to resist:rotfl: ,but I want to be slimmer and healthier.:jWW start date 31/8/2011 :j

good luck and dont beat yourself up about it, none of us would be here if we had a brilliant resistance to all the tempting food out there.0 -
Hi all. Well done to those who've lost and for the rest of us, just keep on going.
Any tips on how to work out the points for food in restaurants. I am trying really hard, but today they've stuck me in a hotel in the middle of nowhere, so will have to eat in the restaurant. Normally I would nip to a supermarket and get a salad, or eat somewhere thats in the Eating out book. Eating in the hotel also has the advantage that the company pay for it!
I'll do a best guess at the points and fill up on veggies.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Keep at it hollowhead, there were quite a few gains at our class tonight, but the consultant said to try again for next week and she is sure that the gains plus extra will come off.
I have lost 1 1/2 this week so I am happy with that, but I have a long way to go.:jWW start date 31/8/2011 :j
