Well done hollowhead, mintymoneysaver, teeni on your weight loss, unfortunately I have put on 1/2 lb, I thought I had followed the plan, and I do write everything down, I am wondering if I should try to drink more (water I mean lol:rotfl:) anyway tomorrow is the start of a new week, I will lose next week, I will lose next week.........., and I am aiming to do more exercise:j:j:jI have purchased a pedometer from class so I can see how much exercise I am doing and if I gain any activity points, we shall see. I hope everyone has a good week:)WW start date 31/8/2011 :j
weight lost so far:- 32lbs :T0 -
Booskeboo I put on 1/2 last week and lost 2 this week, I seem to have a weight loss every 2 weeks not every one, but as long as it comes off that's fine:j i have a pedometer and try and earn extra points on that if I need them. did a lot of walking last week and earned an extra 21 points  hope to beat that this week(I am on a mission to loose My weight by Christmas). Good luck everyone:A0

Hi teeni and hollowhead,
I have started using my pedometer but it keeps resetting itself  have you had any problems with yours? It is quite maddening as I was doing really well and then had to start all over again.:(WW start date 31/8/2011 :j
