I weighed in last night and to my surprise, there's another 3.5lb off. According to my online tracker I'm losing too fast!

I found when I first did Spark people I lost a stone and half really quickly and then it plateaued and the next time I lost 1/2 a stone it was stress induced....then i did it again in a few months....

That way I lost 5 stone in couple of years...

Try not to worry about it so long as you're not undereating your points....so long as you're eating all your points don't worry (it's about 10 years since I've done W.I)...it'll plateau soon enough..

Me I'm weighing too often? Like about 3x a day which I think with a history of an eating disorder is a tad too often. And sometimes I'm not eating all my calories and then I hear voices....not pleasant but I enjoy feeling hungry (another worrying sign)....

    Hmm

    Any tips...?

Hi, has anyone tried doing just the Internet version? I'm thinking of trying weight watchers for the first time and like the idea of the online version for ease of fitting it around life?

    Thanks in advance

booskyeboo another 1.5lbs off :T:T Thats brilliant!!

Ladies you are all amazing :A and give me such inspiration, keep up the good work.

Welcome to the new ladies x

I've had a brill week and tomorrow we are going down south to my sons wedding, I promise to do my best and hopefully STS but will be back on track by Monday morning. I have loads of fresh fruit and WW snacks packed in the cool box so I will have something to nibble on instead of cakes and crisps. I will have to do plenty dancing at the evening party to make up for the buffet, I don't drink so that will save a few points :-)

Have a brilliant weekend and enjoy your food xxx

Well can i join you all. Have done WW before and lost loads, had two babies and now back where I started. lol. Pro points is all new to me so may have a few questions along the way. Am doing WW on line and will WI sat mornings. Am the moment I've got no set target as to how much I want to lose, I just want to feel and look better. I gave slimming world a try over the summer but it really did not agree with my stomach.

So first question, lol, I've got some oatso simple sachets which is 3 points - now is that made up with milk or is the milk extra (saying that have learnt my lesson and will be making with water in future) as obviously want to record the points right today. Thanks muchly and look forward to chatting with you all.
  • Have a lovely weekend, flourgirl, and thanks for your encouragement, it's much appreciated x

I'm a relative newbie at this, but I believe that you point the milk separately.

Erme - have you spoken to a doctor about your weightloss plans? The bit I've highlighted worries me. I've been there and I know it is difficult dieting with a history.... When you say you are not eating all your calories, how many are you averaging at? Personally, I think you should do a meal plan and stick to it. If you crash diet and deliberately lose weight fast, it won't stay off. That or you won't be able to stop......

    Hi he200hi

I use the online weight watchers. I think the tracker for your points and the little graph giving an overall picture of your weight loss is great.

If you sign up in the next couple of days go via Quidco, they are offering I think its 30 quid cashback which would cover your initial 3 months.

I lost 1.5lbs this week so now lost 18lbs. Getting there slowly! I've just ordered a fab dress for a Dec night out so need to be on track :D

Have a great weekend everyone x
