I've just signed up for WW online, I haven't got a huge amount to lose, probably about 10lb to a stone. I'm still trying to get my head around the pro points system, think I've done OK today but it's been a bit of a struggle keeping to the points allocation! Does anyone have any suggestions for quick filling breakfasts, I usually have cereal, fruit and fibre or something similar but the minuscule amount that I weighed out this morning meant that I was starving by 9.30:(0

sues I had to double the portion so usually have 60grms of branflakes & a banana for 5pp & milk - works out best over the course of the morningDF as at 30/12/16

This is a good article about Weightwatchers. I suppose you're bound to do better having the support of your leader and others in the class, rather than just having advice from your GP.

Ooh, please can I play on this thread?
I've been doing WW for a while now, and have lost 4 stone. Still got a way to go but I'm enjoying the diet (and that's something I NEVER thought I would say). Working out the points took a bit of getting used to, but I find it easy now.
It's not very MSE though - I have to keep buying new clothes lol. I'm only buying cheap stuff for work at the moment, and I'm planning to have a big spend when I get to goal0 -
Well done Missnippy on losing 4 stone, that is fantastic. Please join in. I used to come on this thread last time I did WW and it seemed a lot more active then. Let's get it back that way.0

2 days into a week of being determined to be good, and doing okay so far! Off out to town for the day, so I'll have lunch there, but that means I won't be hungry at tea time so will just have toast or something later!0

Put on 1lb this week, which wasn't great, but I know I've been naughty so it was totally expected
