I think that's what's so great about the ww plan - you still get to eat the things you want & loose weight so its not really a diet. means we can all stick to it :A
ThanksI went back to get my blood pressure taken, my Mum forced me lol ! And it was back down to a normal rate. I'm so pleased, but it has given me a kick up the bum, and more inspiration for this week. Panic well and truly over !

Evening everyone. Had my WI tonight and gained 1/2lb bah...but I know why no tracking this week, took my eye off things a little, been so busy at work and tired too...no excuses though I need to get back on the horse and track track and track.
Hope everyone has enjoyed the bank holiday and look forward to hearing about all your fab weight losses this week.
I suppose my mantra for the week will be IF YOU BITE IT WRITE IT

0.5 lb here. Had hoped for a bit more, but wrong time of the month I'm afraid, I even feel heavier!!! Still, I've lost all the weight I put on over the summer, so can go back to work knowing I weigh the same as at the end of term...0

yay just had my wi & I lost a lb
have been thinking its now been a month since I've been going it alone. Weirdly I've stuck to it much more consistently than I did before (my cycle was I'd usually go a couple of weeks, have a week off plan) so that's good, but I had bigger losses when I was going to the group & had the online pp which I point up accurately the ingredients in recipes. Now I have to use the little book & work out the pps. But I have lost 1lbs each week. Wondering if its the going alone or becuase I'm getting nearer to goal?
Anyway off to eat some yummy hm BNS soup. Good luck to all the weekend weighersDF as at 30/12/16
