Cheers again Hollowhead! (great name by the way!!!)

For those of you who like a chocolate treat, poundland have the ‘selection boxes’ – each treat is 2 points. I’ve just had a couple to bump up todays points (plus I’ve got my ‘star’ week so the chocolate helps the cramps!! :D )

    Thanks for the welcome!

Oooh I was eyeing up those selection boxes last week in class, they were giving them to new monthly pass people!

My leader encourages us to eat all our points, she says its scientifically worked out so that you're able to lose weight. I have loads of points and I usually keep some for a hot choccie/pkt of healthy crisps or a little choc thing at night when my girls are in bed. It keeps me sane!

Just popping in to say hi- still around, not been on plan this week but will be back on it, probably once I've moved on Saturday to be honest- just fed up of the tedium of being at home now. Not going wildly off the rails or anything, but not really sticking to the rules! All will be fine once I have my own space again, and I have 2 weeks to settle in and concentrate before full time course starts.

    Hi all

  • congrats teeni!!! It takes a while to trust it doesn't it? Madness I ate a load of chocolate last night, but within my weeklies so still expect to loose weight on Friday!

namakemono - stick it out a little while longer lovely x

Fottiemad - are you weighing in again on Thurs or are you sticking with Monday's? STS is much better than a gain & I'll bet at your next WI you'll have a good loss x

  • Well done on all those losses everyone! Off to weigh in today, and hoping for up to a 2lb loss. Don't think I'll have made the full 2.5 to get back to where I was, but that's okay. 2 meals out this week, and still off work which is always harder. I hear about all of you who can't use your 29 points, and have to ask how?:rotfl:I use every single one of mine, and usually a few of my weeklies each day!
  • I know what you're saying minty! I use all of my dailies, weeklies (usually living like a bonvivant each weekend :p:o) and usually *some* of my APs too!
