well, I shall soon be hopping back on the wagon! went and bought my pack last night - the wheel thing is quite complicated isnt it, I think its a WW plan to sell more calculators!

I dont think I will be going to the meetings though due to it being £5.99 per week! I nealy fell over when I saw how much it was!!

does anyone know where I can get a WW pro points calculator from? I asked last night at the meeting and was told they are on line and 'only' £9.99
  • Was sitting here thinking I was starving, and not wanting to waste pointsand then suddenly remembered, I can have fruit!:rotfl:
  • OMG that is amazing you guys :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: so happy for you both! You must be chuffed to bits with yourselves!

You've got to share your weekly meal plan & activities so we can all follow in your footsteps.

Nothing marvellous, I'm afraid. I think it was just a 'first week back on track for a month' success, plus the fact that I'd gone in my jeans the week before, and a summer dress this week!:rotfl:

I wasn't able to get to some scales today so will forgo the WI :( I "think" I have done ok this week (my first week on my own - with you guys of course! :A) feeling slimmer & I have been to bodypump & also for a "run" (was no where near my previous fittness levels after 1 1/2 months off of running :o:() I almost made it within my dailies & weeklies, but fell at the final furlong out with the girls last night & someone ordered a starter for us all to share... again could only guess but I ate into my APs - oh well I'm sure I haven't put on so that's good enough for me despite going out for dinner twice. Onwards & downwards I say :rotfl:

OMG soooooo happy. Just weighed myself on the wii fit (just a rough guide not my usual scales) and it is saying I am now 8st 13lbs - if its to be believed that's a 2.5lb loss this week :j:T:j although its a rough guide I'm as pleased as punch & a real motivator for the next week

ETA aw I knew the wii fit was being too kind :( weighed myself at the gym and I'm 9st exactly so 1.5lb loss this week. Will defo get into the 8st bracket next week though!

That means I have lost a total of 10.5lbs in 3 months. Not as impressive as some (I find it really hard to stick at things long term :o) but still slowly is the way to go to keep it off!

    Debt-free and Proud!
Hi All - hello to all newbies and well done everyone!

I feel like the poor relation admitting only lost half a pound this week (well three quarters but online doesnt accept that). But the scales are moving in the right direction and considering I had wine and fish n chips plus bread n butter I cant really complain! lol Stressful week - I am sure you ladies can relate :)

So off shopping with mum today who lost about 6 stone on WW a couple of years ago and is now on track again after gaining about 12lbs back so wont be any pressure to over munch :)

    Have a good weekend everyone:j

  • Hi all. I have been doing Propoints since June 16 and have lost a stone. It has not come off really quick, but what I like is you can have the odd binge and you do not pile on the pounds. I also like that you can have a drink and really live a normal life.

    Hi everyone

I have had a busy few days so not caught up yet but a HUGE well done to everyone on your weight losses. :j Hope you are all managing to stay on track. :)

Well what can I say I reported a gain of 3lb for WI day :( and so to keep me focused I went for a weigh on Thursday and lost wait for it 3.5lbs!!!!! still scratching my head.

Busy social time at the mo went out after netball training last night for a curry but only had a little of everything, we al ordered something differents so we could taste. It wasnt planned but my nieces organised it, that said I did earn 7 bonus points for the day and already had 8 banks plus 10pp left from my daily and some weeklies, I know I didnt use even close to all of them so here's hoping.
Hard to know how to count it

Off out for a meal tonight, but that will be easy enough and still have 19pp left :D
Carvery tomorrow so fingers crossed all under control.

Hopefully I will s/s this week, it thats the case I will be happy.
