I have WI tomorrow but Toby Carvery tonight
We'll see how that works out :rotfl::rotfl: 0 -
I've lost 2lbs somehow! How this happened I'll never know. I did do an extraordinary amount of walking last week (around 4/5 hours in town one day, a day in Drayton Manor potentially around 6hrs walking including to and from train station, and a good 3 hours round a MASSIVE car boot sale) but I thought I'd eaten way over the AP I'd have earned from that!
Whoever made me lose is very generous, this is what I needed to lift my mood

Well just got back from my very first weigh in and i have lost 4LB. I am so happy, I guess that means i do understand the plan after all.:jHi all
just popping in to say I s/s at WI tonight. Pleased with that because it was a funny old week last week, put on 3lb when I had my WI last Monday and then weighed again thurs to help me to stay on track and lost 3.5lb so all in all it balances out

Well done to all of you :T:T:T
I had weigh in this morning and lost 1/2 pound, the scales were flickering between that and sts, I was like nooooooo don't sts ! lol !
I'm pleased with my loss, I know it won't happen overnight, I just need to learn to write everything down, as I don't calculate properly in my head. So I've bought a little book, and I've written everything down today

Fottiemad - are you weighing in again on Thurs or are you sticking with Monday's? STS is much better than a gain & I'll bet at your next WI you'll have a good loss x[/QUOTE
Hi determined and thanks for the support
I wont be able to weigh this week as I am working, no scales in the house, so will have to go with my clothes and how I feel.
Hope you are having a good week

2lb lost at weigh in! Pleased with that. Now aiming for 1.5lb this week, as that will get me to my 10%, and I've wasted enough time now. 3 months to my daughter's 18th, so I'd really like another stone loss by then. Had a good 2.5 mile walk today, and will get on the Wii fit again tomorrow, I think. Well done to everyone else!:j0
