Well done to you too FlowerScotland, every little bit helps :j :j :D

    Thank you :)
2lb lost at weigh in! Pleased with that. Now aiming for 1.5lb this week, as that will get me to my 10%, and I've wasted enough time now. 3 months to my daughter's 18th, so I'd really like another stone loss by then. Had a good 2.5 mile walk today, and will get on the Wii fit again tomorrow, I think. Well done to everyone else!:j

STS here:( Bit gutted ! But better than a gain!

Well done to you both :T

I got a little shock today, I was at the Nurse for a check up and my blood pressure is high  first time ever, she took it three times to make sure, and it didn't change. Now I am worried sick, as high blood pressure runs in my family, as do heart attacks  so it's an extra incentive to get losing weight !

I'm only 30 so it was a bit of a shock, she left it up to me to decide whether to make an app with the doc about it, but I'm not sure what to do yet.

Anyway I've been good and have been writing everything down, hope you're all having a good week :)

aw flowerscotland, try not to worry you're doing the right thing, keep at it and you'll get to where you want to be. I think that's what's so great about the ww plan - you still get to eat the things you want & loose weight so its not really a diet. means we can all stick to it :A

  • Daughter tempted and saved me all in one go today. She'd been pestering to make millionaires shortbread, so we'd made it, and I was just calculating how many points were going to be in a piece!
Then she promptly went to get it out the fridge, before it was set, and spilt the whole lot! Totally wrecked all over the floor, with bits dripping down the freezer, and setting hard as I was trying to clean it up! You have honestly never seen such a mess....:rotfl:

Still, got 30 weeklies left now though, and I'm off to a christening tomorrow. Driving so it won't get used on alcohol, I'll try and calculate as I'm eating!

Hi guys,im all ready to re-join WW today, going back to class, was looking on the website for some recipe books, came accross this message attached to the essentials pack-pro-points calculator...anyone any idea what the "enhancements are going to be?

    http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk/images/2057/dynamic/GCMSImages/Bug_103819_Calculator%20communications%20FINAL%20VERSION%20(at%20home)%2022.08.11.pdf

As part of this ongoing development, in November 2011, we will be introducing some fantastic enhancements to the ProPoints plan. This will mean that the tracking feature in the 2011 edition of the ProPoints Calculator may not fully support you if choose to adopt one of the enhancements to the plan. We will be introducing a new ProPoints plan Calculator which is updated to support all the enhancements to the plan and has the added benefit of improved functionality, but this will not be available for purchase until January 2012.
The enhancements to the plan will not change the way you calculate ProPoints values in food.
